YES...almost time for them to go back to school!(them being kids,of course...and the occasional U brat) But that also puts me at odds with my job.I'm happy to see them go....but it also means less work for me in the long run. At least till Winter hits in earnest!!
AHHH,Winter!!! Yes.....Winter!I swear I never knew HOW on earth I lived in Houston and Miami,what with the H-E-A-T and all.I like it cold personally.I became addicted to Utah powder 2 years ago.Last winter I tried a ski resort in WA....it just wasent the same.

I can't help but reminisce of learning to ski at Snowbird, Winter '07-'08. I am trying to get my Liftie job back there this Winter....but PCMR will be just fine if I dont. Plus..I'm already working at PCMR.Bird in the hand is worth two ....yadda yadda.

I lived in Utah for three or four winters, and Alaska for two, and I've never been skiing. Or snowboarding. So I guess I can honestly say that I can't really tell a difference between Utah snow and any other snow.
ReplyDeleteok..I can see that.To paraphrase in a way you may understand: Say your juggling.And you have this really fine set of pins that are balanced just right for your style. Now...go pickup a bargain brand set and juggle them.You can feel the difference right?...THATS what I'm talking about.Perfectly good pins..but just feel ...off...somehow.
